EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

By placing an order with Ira Wati you agree to the following:

We do not accept ‘change of mind’ on our items. 

Refunds for faulty items, please mail us with order number and pictures of damaged goods. If enquiry is sent after 14 days of receiving product(s) Ira Wati has all rights to refuse refund.

 

Please note*** Ira Wati is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days within Austalia and . Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If you have purchased a made-to-order item please allow up to 3 days of production. You will be notified when your item is ready for shipment.​ If urgent please contact us.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

SHIPPING RATES

$10.50 standard shipping 3-6 days in Australia.

$18.00 standard shipping 8-12 days rest of the world.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

DISCOUNT AND PROMOTIONAL CODES

Discounts and promotional codes are only able to be applied at time of purchase and cannot be applied to orders placed before time of promotion or on any sale items.
